Since beginning her YouTube journey in 2019, she has inspired thousands by sharing homemade remedies for hair care, skin care, immunity, and mental wellness. Her honest, practical, and result-oriented approach has helped many people transform their lifestyle naturally.

Her passion lies in promoting beauty and wellness without harmful chemicals, while bringing back the forgotten wisdom of our grandmothers into modern life.

My Journey – In My Own Words

During my final year internship at Amla Institute of Medical Sciences as a Medical Social Worker, I realized something important—while I was progressing professionally, my personal health was weak.

I used to suffer from recurring fever and frequent illnesses. I never understood that the foundation of my health was deeply compromised.

That realization changed my life.

The Turning Point

From childhood until the age of 24, I faced repeated sickness and severe immunity issues. My health deteriorated year after year, and doctors struggled to diagnose my condition.

Finally, in 2012, after consulting Dr. Padmanabha Shenoy at Amrita Hospital, I was diagnosed with Kikuchi-Fujimoto disease.

That diagnosis changed everything.

Instead of relying only on medications, I began transforming my food habits and lifestyle. Slowly, my health started improving. My blood reports, vitamin levels, platelet count, ANA, and DNA test results gradually returned to normal.

It felt like a miracle.This healing journey inspired me to dedicate my life to helping others discover the power of natural living, herbal healing, and mental wellness.

With the support of my husband, I started Sruthy’s World in 2019.

The Growth of Sruthy’s Amma’s Herbal

As my YouTube community grew, many followers began requesting homemade herbal products based on the remedies I shared. The demand grew rapidly as people experienced real results.

This led to the birth of Sruthy’s Amma’s Herbal.

We revived traditional grandmother’s recipes and transformed them into authentic herbal cosmetic products including:
