1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged, leaked, or defective at the time of delivery.

  • The product you received is different from what you ordered.

  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the hygienic and perishable nature of cosmetic products, we do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with.

  • Items purchased during sales, offers, or clearance.

  • Products that are not damaged or incorrect.

3. Return Process

If you are eligible for a return:

  2. Share your order number, a brief reason for return, and photos/videos as proof of the issue.

  3. After review, we will confirm if your return is accepted.

  4. Pack the item securely and send it to our address via India Post or any reliable courier service (return shipping cost to be borne by the customer unless the error was on our side).

  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and verified.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • If the issue is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost and issue a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately.

  • If the order is already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • In case of successful cancellation, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
